I just finished reading a related book, titles “stop workplace drama”. This book also covers a lot about how to stop blame game in an organization. Focusing on the current situation is more important than trying to find a scapegoat. Fear of being victimized is what stops people from accepting their mistakes. However, in most of the situations it will be appreciated in the long run.

    Peter,
Fantastic presentation. Why isn’t your brother using you as a star in his pics?

Peter, I really appreciate the Advice! Due my new role and responsabilities in the Company I have been facing tons of Critical situations against my Team… and I can see that we are really wasting more time and energy Blaming the People than really fixing the problem… I will start implementing in my Career and Pesonal Life this new approach… I am sure that I will see the Benefits…
