I need to say that on so many occasions I have found that personally and also when summing up management performance problems it boils down to setting oneself the impossible task of trying do too much in a given time, not being aware of ones focus areas and falling in the trap of distraction.
I love 18 minutes and am using it as a personal guide for myself and other work associates.
