Episode 12: Michael Bungay Stanier – The Coaching Habit

You’ll leave this conversation with a better sense of how to not only put out the fires in your workplace, but how to help your employees put out their own fires without leaving your desk.

- “Because you know your own frailty, you can be a little suspicious of your own certainties.”
