Late last year, we quietly launched Bregman Leadership Coaching with the mission of making Peter’s methodology available to individuals and large swaths of organizations. We’re ready to make our coaching available more broadly, so we’re looking for coaches for executive-level, time-efficient coaching focused on supporting people to take the courageous and ambitious actions necessary to step powerfully into leadership in their own lives and in their organizations.

Bregman Partners started as a coaching company back in 1998, and our commitment to coaching – and coaches – continues. We are as committed to the growth and development of our coaches as we are to the growth and development of our clients. We’re excited to build a community of coaches who connect with us and each other, learn, grow, invent, and do stellar work with clients.

Bregman Leadership Coaching involves three 30-minute sessions with each client each month via phone or Skype, as well as a small amount of administrative work to schedule sessions and track client progress. One of the requirements/advantages of being a Bregman Leadership Coach is a monthly 1-hour supervision call with Peter Bregman to discuss methodology, client progress and challenges, and to receive support from the Bregman Partners team.

We are looking for coaches who excel at helping people quickly move through the obstacles that prevent them from getting things done – individually and in the context of organizations. This requires the ability to communicate skillfully and understand the dynamics of business and organizations.

Bregman Leadership Coaches need to have graduated from a coach training program, have a current coaching practice, love coaching, love clients even when they struggle, thrive when the standards are high, and are excited to learn – and coach with – our 30-minute QUICCTM coaching methodology.
